From February 18 to 19, 2021, Zhongtian Technology Group's 2021 Spring Training Conference was held in Rudong Headquarters. Xue Jiping, Chairman of ZTT Group, and Xue Chi, President of ZTT Group, and other leaders attended the conference. Nearly 600 people from various industrial groups, product companies, factories, functional departments, business divisions, technical backbones, sales elites and employee representatives participated in online and offline.

This spring training aims to deploy the goals of 2021 and further implement the blueprint of the 14th Five-Year Plan. The meeting made the target planning, measures and guarantees of each industrial group clearly, and the support of the functional departments was required to do well. At the meeting, a signing ceremony for the business objectives of industrial groups and group companies in 2021 was held.

In 2020, despite facing a wide range of severe challenges, ZTT has got united as one and overcome difficulties, and the whole group has gone against the trend, during which a large number of advanced collectives and individuals emerged. At the conference, the award-winning collective and individual representatives were commended.123 advanced collectives and 847 advanced individuals were honored with these awards, including "High Quality Development Award", "Excellent Export Award", "Newcomer Growth Award" and "Model Worker Award" and etc.

At the conference, Xue Jiping made a speech. He expressed his heartfelt thanks to all the people who worked tirelessly and achieved much better results than expected in the difficult Gengzi year. He fully affirmed and congratulated everyone who created outstanding achievements in their respective post.

He expects ZTT's all industrial groups, product companies, factories, functional departments, all Communist Party members and managers to seriously consider and take active actions to realize the best business performance in the first half of 2021, by launching the most powerful competition with the most beautiful actions, the best products and the fastest innovation.
