On November 24, the "2020 National Labor Worker and Advanced Workers Awards Ceremony " was held in Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Xue Chi, President of ZTT Group, was awarded the title of "National Model Worker"; and he and other over 2400 national model workers, were cordially welcomed by General Secretary Xi Jinping.

Xue Chi, received the interview of News Broadcast and he said:"The General Secretary stressed that we should show the courage of innovation, the courage to be pioneering spirit and vigorous & progressive vigor; we must bear the General Secretary's instructions in mind, increase investment in scientific research, enhance the level of independent research and development, promote the digitization of new energy manufacturing industry, rise the proportion of renewable energy applications through scientific and technological innovation, and serve national ecological environment construction."

First of all, I need to properly tackle my own job and appropriately perform my duties. As a model worker for private enterprise, I will carry forward the spirit of the model worker, to be energetic, enthusiastic, aggressive and initiative, operate faithfully and credibly, implement the exploration and innovation, run first-class enterprise, and contribute to the development of China's high-quality economy.

Second, we should fully utilize the advantages of the platform available for us to drive the vast number of industrial workers, youngsters and high-level talents to work together, make progress together, and create greater social value.

Third, we should practice social responsibility and give back to the society. We should practice social responsibilities, spare no efforts of us to help the groups and individuals.
