On November 27, 2020 energy transformation forum themed "Transformation, Development, Sharing and Integration" and the 10th Global Top 500 New Energy Enterprises Summit was held in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province. "The List of Global Top 500 New Energy Enterprises", an important part of the conference, was announced. ZTT was further included in the list the Top 500 by virtue of outstanding performance in the field of new energy, ranking the 142nd place.

ZTT has been included in the list for 5 consecutive years, and stable performance reflected unremitting pursuit of ZTT in terms of technological innovation, strategic planning, operation and management. Recently, ZTT has made great achievements in offshore wind power, photovoltaic, energy storage, lithium battery and other fields.

In the offshore wind power field, ZTT formed a total integration capability of offshore system engineering integrating the submarine cable, submarine observation, exploration, submarine cable laying and wind turbine construction, and gradually grew up in the offshore wind power projects including Huaneng Project in Sheyang, the Three Gorges Project in Rudong, Jiangsu Communications Holding in Rudong, China General Nuclear Project in Rudong, and State Power Investment Project in Rudong, becoming an emerging force in the offshore wind power industry.

For the photovoltaic field, ZTT concentrated on the R & D and manufacturing of key photovoltaic materials, mainly operated the encapsulating materials including photovoltaic back-sheet and fluorine films, provided a package of services involving the photovoltaic power plant project design, complete set of equipment, engineering procurement construction (EPC), power station operation and maintenance, and built a number of sample projects including IKEA Wooden Furniture, Toray Fibers and Luolai Home Textiles.

In the energy storage field, ZTT considered the user end as the starting point, relied on the advantages of the industrial chain based on the power generation side and power grid side services, and has become a recognized leader in the industry.

In the lithium battery field, ZTT centered on the communication supporting base station, seized the opportunity of 5G commercialization, and intensively supplied the supporting backup power system. In the summit, Zhongtian Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of ZTT, also receive the title of "Top 50 New Energy Technology Innovation Enterprise".
