Dear ZTT overseas employees,

Thanks for your hard work！

At the beginning of 2020, a sudden outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia [referred to as NCP] caused great troubles and challenges to our work and life. 

However, what impressed me was that many of you have given up the chance to return home for family reunion during the Spring Festival and stuck to your posts in overseas countries; during the outbreak, many more were heading overseas. You have demonstrated the struggle and dedication of ZTT employees with practical actions. In this regard, on behalf of ZTT Group, I would like to express my thanks and respect to you!

 At present, China has achieved initial success in the prevention and control of NCP, but the global epidemic situation is not optimistic. At this moment, your health and safety have become the biggest concern for me and all ZTT employees in China.

Since the outbreak, ZTT Group attached great importance to the epidemic situation and the safety of employees in overseas production bases, offices and the location of EPC projects. ZTT International Industry Group has provided targeted guidance at the first time, and made emergency preparations for epidemic prevention materials in various ways. In the near future, we will increase the supply of masks, protective clothing and medical drugs with better performance to further safeguard your health and safety.

In addition, according to China’s epidemic prevention & control experience and requirements, I would like to remind all ZTT struggling overseas employees: 

A) Consciously abide by the laws and regulations & the requirements for epidemic prevention and control of the host countries, cooperate with local governments to carry out epidemic prevention and control measures, and reduce outdoor gatherings. 

B) Strictly carry out ZTT Group's Overseas Security System, and cooperate to conduct statistics on physical condition every day. If there is psychological anxiety, the company will arrange the employee caring engineers to guide you one-on-one.

C) Understand and implement the relevant policies of the Chinese government on strictly preventing the import of overseas epidemics, minimize cross-border movements. If you need to return to China or come to China, you must truthfully declare the information and cooperate with health quarantine and isolation arrangement.

D) In view of the actual difficulties of overseas strategic customers and partners in epidemic prevention materials, ZTT Group will actively help & support each other, and contribute to fulfilling its responsibilities as a major country. We also hope that you will do your best to be a bridge between the company and global customers to fight the epidemic. 

The vegetation spreads, and the spring mountain scenery can be more ornamental. The company will always be your strong backing, even across the sea, but our heart is always together. While you are staying overseas, the company will do its best to help you solve your personal and family problems. Let’s work together to overcome the difficulties to win the final victory in the battle of epidemic prevention and control.
