Design & Construction

The Marine & Offshore cable (up to 30kV) has the construction of a conductor (bare copper or tinned copper, max. cross section: 300mm2) insulated with the cross-linked polyethylene (90°C) or ethylene propylene rubber (90°C), shielded with metallic screen (metallic tapes or wires etc.) and armored with metal tape/wires according to requirements, finally to be covered by extruded PVC (ST2), PO (SHF1), XLPO (SHF2) or Mud resistant XLPO (SHF Mud) sheath for anti-corrosion.

Reference Standards

The products meet the international standards of IEC series (such as IEC 60092-350, -352, -353, -354, -360, -376, IEC 60228 etc.), NEK series (such as NEK TS 606 etc.) and JIS series (such as JIS C 3410 etc.), and can be manufactured according to customers’ requirements of standards such as IEEE, UL, BS, DIN/VDE, etc. ZTT also can produce other special cables such as Coaxial cable, Ethernet cable, BUS cable, OPLC, Shore power cable, Port Machinery cable etc.
